StrikePoint provides roofing lead generation services, including property data analysis, storm exposure assessment, and lead delivery to licensed roofing contractors ("Subscribers"). The platform aggregates publicly available data to identify properties that may benefit from roofing services.
You must be a licensed roofing contractor or authorized representative to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Lead data provided through StrikePoint is for your business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share lead data with third parties. Property owner information must be used in compliance with all applicable laws, including do-not-call regulations and privacy laws.
StrikePoint provides leads based on data analysis and scoring algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property assessments, roof conditions, or homeowner intent. All leads should be independently verified through physical inspection before making claims to property owners or insurance companies.
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
StrikePoint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of lead data, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or inaccurate property assessments. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform and lead data will be revoked. You must cease using any previously delivered lead data within 90 days of termination.
